2. Data we process

• Contact/demo form: name, email, phone (optional), message, language, plus IP address and browser identifier (anti-spam).
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Purposes

Responding to your request, organising a demo, and keeping the website secure. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of data.

4. Hosting and disclosure

All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva); email delivery also goes through Infomaniak. No data is transferred abroad or shared with third parties, unless required by law.

5. Cookies

This website only uses a technical session cookie (form security, anti-spam). No tracking or analytics cookies, no third-party services.

6. Retention

Form data is deleted once your request has been handled, at the latest 24 months after the last contact. Technical logs are automatically deleted after a short period.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion (art. 25 ff. FADP): contact@kadran.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This policy may be updated; the version published on this page prevails.
